Welcome to Watad Accounting System. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software and services provided by Nabid iT ("Company," "We," "Us"). By installing, accessing, or using our Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS

• Software: Refers to the "Watad Accounting System" application, available as a locally installed version ("Offline License") and a cloud-hosted version ("Online Subscription").
• User: Any individual or entity who uses the Software.

2. LICENSE AND USE RIGHTS

• Offline License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on a single computer for your internal business purposes.
• Online Subscription: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Software for the duration of your paid subscription term.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account Security (Online Subscription): You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• User Data: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup of your data. For the Offline License, this includes performing regular backups.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, or provide commercial hosting services with the Software.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. FEES AND PAYMENT (ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION)

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Failure to pay your subscription fee will result in suspension or termination of your access to the service. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Nabid iT.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Software may integrate with third-party services, such as Google Drive for backup purposes. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or security of any third-party services.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your license or subscription immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL NABID IT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Palestine.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
