Welcome to Watad Accounting System. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the software and services provided by Nabid iT ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"). By installing, accessing, logging into, or using our Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are billed in full and in advance on a recurring basis. Access to cloud deployment or login credentials will not be initiated until payments are successfully processed. Subscription payments are non-refundable, except that the User may request an cancellation and refund within fourteen (14) days from activation, provided the Software usage has not exceeded basic trial boundaries. All fees are final after this period.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software—including but not limited to the source code, custom designs, and system architectures—are and will remain the exclusive, absolute property of Nabid iT. You do not acquire any ownership rights or interests under this agreement.
The Software may integrate with third-party services, such as Google Drive for backup purposes. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or security of any third-party services.
For Online Subscriptions, We execute automated cloud database backups. However, the Subscriber is responsible for maintaining parallel exported copies of essential transactional records and financial reports. For Offline Licenses, We do not access or host your databases; therefore, you are exclusively responsible for establishing local backup routines to protect your data from physical device failure or corruption.
Support is provided through our official channels (designated WhatsApp Business and support email) during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with an average response time of 12 to 24 hours. Support is strictly limited to technical system maintenance and bug fixes, and explicitly excludes data entry, tax or financial auditing, and general accounting training.
We may terminate or suspend your license or subscription immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, use the system unlawfully, or engage in activities harmful to our network. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases. In the event of subscription expiration or suspension due to non-payment, We will securely retain your database for up to thirty (30) days, during which you may request a standard SQL export of your data. After 30 days, your databases will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, COMPATIBLE WITH ALL LOCAL SYSTEMS, OR THAT SERVICE ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. WE IMPLEMENT REASONABLE AND INDUSTRY-ACCEPTED TECHNICAL AND SECURITY CONSTRAINTS TO PROTECT CLOUD DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NABID IT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE SINGLE MONTH IN WHICH THE INCIDENT OCCURRED.
The Software acts strictly as a data-processing and administrative tool. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and entries. The Software does not constitute, nor should it substitute, professional accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice from a certified public accountant or legal counsel.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including wars, natural disasters, epidemics, major cyberattacks, international network failures, or hosting provider outages.
You agree that logging into the system, checking the agreement checkbox, or using the Software constitutes a legally binding electronic signature and immediate acceptance of all Terms within this agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Palestine. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hebron, Palestine.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. We will notify you at least thirty (30) days before applying any future subscription price adjustments.
