Nabid iT ("We," "Us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Watad Accounting System ("Software"). This policy applies to both our Offline License and Online Subscription versions.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION
The information we collect depends on the version of the Software you use.
For Offline License Users
We do not collect any personal or financial data from you. The Software and all your data are stored locally on your device. We have no access to it. We may only collect license activation information tied to your hardware to validate your license.
For Online Subscription Users
We collect the following types of information:
- Personal Data: Information you provide during registration, such as your name, email address, company name, and contact details.
- Financial Data: You enter your financial data into the system as part of using the service. We do not access this data except as required for support or as legally compelled.
- Payment Data: We use third-party payment processors to handle payments. We do not store your credit card details.
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how the service is accessed and used (e.g., login times, features used) to improve our service.
2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect (primarily for Online Subscription users) to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Software.
- Process your transactions and manage your subscription.

- Improve and personalize the Software and our services.

3. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information with:

4. GOOGLE DRIVE INTEGRATION (BACKUP FUNCTIONALITY)
Our Software offers an optional feature that allows you to back up your accounting data and reports directly to your own Google Drive account. This feature is entirely user-initiated.
- Data Access: When you authorize this feature, our application gains the ability to create new files in your Google Drive. We only use this permission to upload backup files generated by you from within the Software.
- Data Use: We do not access, read, share, or view any of your other files on Google Drive. The functionality is strictly limited to uploading backups to a folder that you control.
- Data Storage: The backup files are stored in your Google Drive account under your ownership and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not keep a copy of these backup files on our servers.
Watad Accounting System use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. DATA SECURITY
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to comply with our legal obligations.
7. YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You can usually do this through your account settings or by contacting us.
